Returns & Exchanges

All jewelry is handmade to order and returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for only exchange of goods or store credit, excluding shipping costs.

Any damaged, incorrect, or missing items must be informed to us within 7 days of delivery. 

Please note that we issue refunds in the form of store credit and do not provide refunds. Once we receive the item(s) back, we will issue a refund to you in the form of store credit. The store credit does not expire and can be used for any item(s) in our online store. To initiate your return request, please email with your order #, name, and shipping address.

Items must be in their original condition and unworn, returned in their original packaging undamaged. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

As our pieces are made to order, please be certain of the size or color you purchase. We can always help with sizing if you're not sure. Please allow 5-7 days to process your return once we receive the item(s).

Customized items (engravings, custom ring sizes or custom bracelet/necklace chain length) are not eligible for returns.

All sales are final on sale items. 

We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable returns or exchanges, such as on items that have been worn or damaged.
