Everything you need to know about how your CLED order is made, shipped, and delivered.


Made to Order

Each CLED piece is handmade to order in our Los Angeles studio. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your order to be made and prepared for shipping. We take every care to make sure your pieces arrive safely and on time. If you need your order by a specific date, reach out to us at hello@thecled.com and we will do our best to help.

Shipping Details

Domestic Orders

  • Free standard shipping (USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground) on orders over $250.
  • Orders of $500 or more require a signature upon delivery.
  • Orders ship via USPS or UPS unless you choose an expedited option at checkout. Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing.

International Orders

We ship worldwide via UPS or DHL Express Worldwide to the regions available at checkout. Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number.

Duties and taxes are included. For international orders, duties and import taxes (where applicable) are calculated and included in your total at checkout. The price you see at checkout is the final amount you pay, with no surprise charges on delivery.

Tax & Duty (International Orders)

  • Duties and import taxes are already included in your checkout total, so you will not be asked to pay any additional customs fees when your package is delivered.
  • If a shipment is refused by the receiver, the original shipping cost is not refundable.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, we are unable to take responsibility for lost or stolen packages. For any concerns about shipping or delivery, please contact us at hello@thecled.com and we will be glad to help.
