Place orders by December 15 for holiday delivery.
Most of our designs are carefully crafted to order, just for you. To ensure your holiday delivery, please place your order by December 15. Orders placed after December 15 may not arrive in time for the holidays. For faster delivery, we recommend choosing express shipping.
All our pieces are handmade to order. The order may take 1 - 2 weeks to be shipped. We take every precaution to make sure your pieces arrive safely and on time. Please email us at hello@thecled.com if you want to get an order for a specific date.

Once we release the package to the shipping agent, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
| Domestic Shipping
All domestic standard shipping for orders over $150 is free (via USPS Ground Advantage).
All domestic shipments require a signature upon delivery if the value of the order is $500 or more.
All orders are shipped through USPS and UPS unless expedited shipping is chosen at checkout. Once your order is shipped, an email will be sent out with a tracking number for your package. Shipments can take up to three business days.
| International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping (UPS or DHL Express Worldwide) for all international orders. Customs fees are not included in the shipping cost.
Tax & Duty (International Shipping)
Please note the customer is responsible for any duty fees or import taxes associated with their order. Fees are assessed by the customs agency in the destination country based on the value of the order and due upon delivery. In the event the shipment is refused by the receiver, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
